Basic QR Code/ Barcode/ GS1 Code Scan Check

Setup: Scanner head will be installed at the end of conveyor belt (fixed location). All printout will pass-through the scanner. Scanned data will be displayed on the provided screen. Operator will be able to determine the readable and non-readable scan output from the screen as shown. Short code count to be replaced with new code accordingly. Semi-automated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Advance QR Code/ Barcode/ GS1 Code Scan Check

Setup: Scanner will be installed end of conveyor belt. Scanned data will be feed to the control unit to determine scan status. Non-readable code (including product) will then be removed from the conveyor. Fully automated check-stop-run OR check-run (under normal condition).
